BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Private sessions

Payment

• Full payment must be received prior to attending/having the session (online)

• Payment can be made directly through our online invoicing system. The invoice will be send to you prior to the session.

• Where payment has not been received by the Coach/Therapist in advance of a session the Coach/Therapist is not obliged to provide the session.

Online Coaching

• Payment for 3 session package: All payments if paid in full must be paid at least 24 hours in advance before the first session.
• Payment for single (Individual) session: Each individual session cost must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to session commencing.
• Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 12 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel a session with less than 24hrs notice, full payment is required.

Refunds

There are no refunds available on single sessions if cancelled within 24 hours of the session. There are no refunds available on package (program) bookings if cancelled within 24 hours of the first session or at any other time thereafter for the duration of the package. Any unused sessions can be gifted to a friend or family member presuming the individual is deemed suitable to receive coaching services from Spread Your Wings Academy.
